The Team
Two People, Zero Middlemen
Product Rocket was founded in 2021 by Vlad Burca and Gianina Burca, a designer-strategist duo based in Iași, Romania. Vlad has been shaping digital products since 2003; Gianina has worked in UX research and inclusive design since 2019. We stay a small team on purpose — you always talk directly to the people designing and building your product, across projects in Europe, the US, Israel, and the UAE.
Vlad Burca
Co-Founder, Creative Lead
Vlad leads creative and visual direction at Product Rocket. With 20+ years in product design, design systems, and brand identity, his work spans UI/UX for SaaS platforms, enterprise dashboards, and consumer mobile apps — including a widely-used VPN interface that made privacy feel simple to non-technical users. He holds a degree in New Media & Online Advertising from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași and previously served as a Design Mentor at Dribbble. His portfolio has been recognized in 2026 by CSS Winner, CSS Design Awards, Awwwards, and The FWA.
Gianina Burca
Co-Founder, UX Lead
Gianina leads user research and UX strategy at Product Rocket. Her background is in Psychology (Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași), and she's built her career on user research, usability testing, accessibility, and inclusive design — turning behavioral-science methods into product decisions teams can actually ship. She's worked on SaaS platforms, mobile apps, enterprise tools, and consumer products, specializing in making complex systems usable without dumbing them down.
