By using the website https://productrocket.ro (the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may change these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Who we are and what the site is for

The site describes our services (design, strategy, development, and related work), presents our portfolio, and provides a way to contact us. Use of the site does not create a client relationship. A contract exists only when we both sign a separate agreement.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ data, or any non-public area of the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability for any claim related to the site or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you have paid nothing, to zero.
